Jan. 1st, 2008 07:20 pmDomino's Pizza.. the company that used to have a 30 minute guarantee but got rid of it due to lawsuits about their drivers racing to get to a delivery destination in time. So the "legal team" dropped the guarantee.
I just was at Dominos.com and they have a new slogan "You Got 30 Minutes™" implying that a pizza will be there in 30 minutes. They also added a clock at the top of the page. But what struck me as funny was the legal disclaimer, which a part of it is below.

Because safety is a priority "You Got 30 Minutes™" is not a guarantee but an estimate. You may get more.
