Nov. 19th, 2007 11:50 am  | Nothing like a nice good Thankgiving movie... Well, this isn't it =) This 1980 movie showcases the "Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo". 'The ultimate cult movie is this musical sci-fi funhouse of scatalogical humor, nudity and insane plotting that involves a sixth dimension ruled by a little king (Herve Villechaize) with big appetites. Oingo Boingo frontman and future movie and TV-music composer Danny Elfman co-stars as Satan in this "hip, campy, kinky, loud and crass" ("L.A. Weekly") exercise that has also been called "the 'Citizen Kane' of underground movies" ("Film Threat").' Also features Susan Tyrrell as the Queen. This movie was directed by Danny's older brother Richard Elfman. It will be on "Showtime Beyond" on Thursday (as well as on Nov 26) and on Flix on Friday.
