Since a base was stolen in the World Series, everyone in the US gets a free taco at Taco Bell between 2pm and 5pm (local time) on Tuesday October 30, 2007.  As long as you are in line by 5PM you are guaranteed a free taco.

Day 117...

Hi... this is actually near the beginning of Day 117.

My life is awesome. =)

Yeah, right now at 12:37am it kinda sucks if I think that I am sitting here in the house with 2 kids sleeping and doing nothing. This week hasn't gone as planned. Sucks sucks sucks... what evar!

=)

See, I am a moger. It has been 117 days since I told my wife that I was gay. There has been ups and downs. Along with this has been another major family issue that happened a couple weeks after I out'd myself. So, the moger, as a priority has been moved down a notch.

So when I look at where I am, from where I am, it really sucks sitting here wishing I had someone to cuddle with right now. Someone to talk to. Someone to hold. Yeah, I am a total f***ing antlery moger, but what I wish I could have more than anything is to be holding someone, cuddling in bed, and sleep. yeah...sleep. But I don't have that... and from where I sit right now, that sucks.

But I am a moger. I have done things in my life that will never be repeated. I have talked in front of large groups. I have been involved with decisions that had a major impact on the computer industry. I have stood in Steve Case's office (former CEO of AOL) and overheard him tell someone that he really wanted to avoid talking to me (which is funny.. but then you had to be there.) I have visited most of the United States. I have been involved in the birth of 3 awesome kids. I have seen life and I have seen death. I have tasted Kellogg's Chocolate Frosted Flakes and have eaten tacos with Dan, The Del Taco guy. I was in a focus group that named Mt. Dew Code Red. I have been a mystery shopper. I have called up a CEO of a major company at his home at 3am. I have been taken out to Sushi by a large Japanese corporation. I was hired as a Union Consultant to train them how to plug in Atari 800 computers. I have crashed my recumbent cycle at over 30 miles per hour. I have slammed my bicycle into the side of a car that ran a stop. I have ridden a motorcycle for over 300 yards on one wheel. I have met the Sims' behind Sims skateboards. I was involved in creating the test pattern logo for the Video Toaster. I have totalled a Minivan. I sat underwater for over 2 minutes at a water park after going down the slide prompting the start of an emergency rescue. I have had sex on a table at Pizza Hut. I rode the log ride at the Busch Gardens in Van Nuys, CA over 100 times in one day. I drove my MR2 over 100mph during a test drive since I never drove a manual transmission before. I am more than just a bunch of words in an LJ on your screen. I am a moger.

So, even if it sucks during the last 15 minutes while I wrote this, I am having an awesome life. You don't always get what you want, and sometimes not even what you need. But what I have received and am going to recieve is awesome. I hope that you can come along for the journey.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.
