Depression or ?

I know it is going to get better.  It just feels like it is not.

That doesn't sound like depression.. but I am not sure what it is.

As Enigma would say: It's the gravity of love. It's life. Break-ups are never easy, even ones where you're the one breaking things off. You seem to understand what's going on though, and it will take time to heal, as I'm sure you already know. Just keep your chin up, keep a grasp on your confidence, and keep on moving. =)
