Back In SoCal

Teh Moger is back in SoCal! =)

I made it back yesterday about mid-day. Got into Oxnard, CA about 9:30am, waited for my ride (Thanks Mom!) and got back to Moorpark, CA about noon.  Had to unload the stuff out of the box so it would fit in the Camry. I sold my car for parts to a guy in St. George, UT.  The guys at Saturn of St. George were very helpful (although I don't know WHY they wouldn't give me a Sky??!?!)  Also the woman at the front desk at Knights Inn was helpful too, even offering to bring me my cell charger after she got off of work.  The greyhound counter person in the morning.. not helpful. The greyhound counter person at night, very helpful. The bus drivers too. (Some passengers were complete jerks to the first bus driver.. I couldn't believe how they treated him.. will have to post about that sometime.)

Yeah, it sucked big time. Lots of stress and unknown. But I made it through as I always seem to.

Was it worth it? YES!!!!!!111!!  My Wuf is awesome!

Focus now is getting some sort of work so I can get some $ to get a car and get a place of my own.

Later will be things like CaliFur, RMFC, Moving My Wuf, etc.

I guess I will be getting used to public transportation =) I also probably should get a bike or something when I can.

ZOMG LJ Boycott Day?

ZOMG!

I didn't know.

I posted my update as I hoof been offline for a few days, and not until AFTER I posted it, did I see it in my friends page a few people posting that today was LJ Boycott Day.  Why? Because it is now owned by a Russian company? Just wondering.  Guess I won't know until tomorrow when "everyone" is back to posting again.
