"Fully Awesome"

Two Paws Up.

I got to see "BOLT" last Thursday night at a private screening in Ventura with my BearCub and [livejournal.com profile] streakthetiger .

Now, some of you might have gotten to see it at a sneak preview last Saturday  =)

The theater that I saw it at was not in "Disney 3D" but the movie still looked good, as I am guessing for most of the movie it would have just given it more 'depth".  There were a couple scenes that looked like they were written specifically to get the "3D In Your Face" moment.

I don't want to give anything away, but I will say that there are some rather intense scenes in the movie and some cubs and pups might be a bit frightened.  Now, it isn't "Old Yeller" type stuff, but the overall story line could be a bit much as well.

No need to stay until the last waffle is shown.. as there isn't much in the ending credits (once the 'cute" moments and John Travolta/Miley Cyrus duet is done.)

Question.. .but a bit of a spoiler... )

Won some tickets to go see a private screening of Walt Disney Pictures "BOLT" tomorrow night.

Going with my BearCub, and a fur or two (Hooooooonk [livejournal.com profile] streakthetiger !)

Been trying to not watch the trailers.

Seeing LOTS of billboards and busses with advertising.

Not sure if I can handle John Travolta as an animated dog.

Should be interesting.

It goes into wide release next week.

I had a link show up in my GMAIL for Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt Energy Beverage.  Now if that wasn't enough... read the "Cold Weather Alert" that was on the page:

Cold Weather Alert:
Due to the cold temperatures of the winter months, customers have been experiencing exploding Bawls. We at Xoxide are very concerned for the safety of our customers and do not wish for their Bawls to freeze. We recommend that if the ambient temperature of your area is at or below freezing, that you refrain from ordering carbonated caffeine beverages during this time. Customers who wish to place orders for these products may do so at their own risk. Neither Xoxide nor UPS will replace, refund, or process any claims for broken Bawls, exploded Rocket Fuel, or any other damaged beverage during this time.

Thank you for your cooperation.
